Super rude. Jim was an impatient man that tried to use the fact that hes been working in this industry for 4 decades, so he knows everything. I was working with a woman named Hope and she was nice but they would never call you back and you have to keep bugging them. Very frustrating experience and I definitely do not recommend them...especially because of the older man Jim.

We had a very disappointing experience with Sportsmans. As a landscaping company, we called them out to repair a broken window at one of our client’s homes. Unfortunately, the technician they sent got into an argument with our client, which was completely unprofessional. To make matters worse, the issue was never properly fixed—the window continued leaking into the garage after their visit. We ultimately had to bring in another company to resolve the problem. Overall, this was a frustrating experience, and we would not recommend their services based on this job.

From the original guy who came out and did the measurements to Jason and Michael came out to do the installation, it was a very easy process to get a piece of glass installed in a bedroom window. They were extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and professional from start to finish. I cannot recommend Sportsman Glass enough as they have been consistently excellent for all the years they have served in Collin County!

I have enjoyed working with this company from the moment I talked to Linda. They really care And practice great work ethics. Something today society is lacking. I've never even met him in person, but they feel like family. And the work they do is beautiful! They've done two projects for us and maybe even a third coming. Highly recommend!

The people at Sportsman glass specifically Hope, is dishonest and , has no integrity or accountability. They botched my shower door and turned my bathroom remodel into a nightmare. They put the towel bar too low, against my specifications. I had worked with them before, so I trusted them to install the shower door when I was away at work. I asked them to replace it, and they have been giving me the run around for one month. So now I have to find someone else to remove and replace the botched shower door, and I’m going to have to sue Sportsman glass to recover my money.
